Not My Typical Mall
After a series of freezing cold weeks in New York, I have become used to wearing my go-to all black ensemble to combat the cold. So, while visiting Washington D.C. this past weekend, I figured that I would be able to continue this trend. However, I ignorantly neglected to check the weather forecast and was stuck wearing a wool sweater and a leather jacket in 71° weather. In fact, it was one of the hottest February days in all of recorded history! Despite the heat (and my resulting sweat...sorry too much information), I made the most of my time in D.C., touring The National Mall, visiting museums, and visiting friends.
